Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

This policy outlines how we handle order shipments, what qualifies for a return, and how refunds are processed for Soniya Manufacturers products.
Standard Delivery
3–7 business days pan-India. Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM IST.
Return Window
30 days from delivery for unopened, sealed stock. Defects: report within 48 hours.
Refund Timeline
Credit notes issued within 7 business days of return approval. Cash refunds within 14 days.
Part A — Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS once your order ships.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, dispatch may take up to 2 additional business days.
2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner constraints, weather, or other unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000 (before GST) within India.
- For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping charge is applied based on weight and destination — calculated at checkout.
- Express delivery options are available at an additional charge. Contact our sales team to arrange.
- For bulk and institutional orders, shipping is negotiated and stated separately on the Purchase Order.
4. Packaging & Handling
- All Products are packed in tamper-evident, sterile packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
- Fragile items (glass tubes, vacuum containers) are packed with protective cushioning material.
- Batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage instructions are clearly labelled on outer cartons.
- Temperature-sensitive products, where applicable, are shipped in insulated packaging with appropriate temperature indicators.
5. Shipping Partners
We partner with reputable logistics providers including Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and FedEx India. The carrier is selected based on destination, urgency, and product type. We reserve the right to substitute carriers to ensure timely delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect all deliveries at the time of receipt. Report visible damage to the delivery personnel and note it on the delivery receipt.
- Report damaged shipments to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing soniyamanufacturers@gmail.com with photographs and the order number.
- For lost shipments (tracking shows delivered but not received), contact us within 5 business days. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate.
- Replacement or credit for damaged/lost goods will be arranged after investigation, typically within 7–10 business days.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. For international orders or export enquiries, please contact our sales team at soniyamanufacturers@gmail.com to discuss requirements, documentation, and freight terms.
Part B — Return & Refund Policy
8. Return Eligibility
Given the nature of medical and laboratory products, returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
- Products delivered in a damaged or defective condition (report within 48 hours).
- Incorrect products shipped (wrong item or catalog number).
- Unopened, sealed stock in original packaging returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products with a manufacturing defect identified within the shelf life.
- Opened or partially used products (sterility cannot be verified).
- Products that have been stored under improper conditions.
- Products returned after 30 days of delivery (except defects within shelf life).
- Custom or specially manufactured items ordered to specification.
- Products with tampered or removed labels or lot numbers.
9. How to Initiate a Return
- Email soniyamanufacturers@gmail.com with subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]".
- Include: order number, product name, batch number, reason for return, and photographs (for damaged/defective items).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back.
- Do not return any product without an RMA number — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer box.
- Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective or incorrect items. For voluntary returns of eligible stock, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
10. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the outcome.
- B2B / Institutional customers: Refunds are issued as a credit note applicable to future invoices, within 7 business days of return approval.
- Online portal customers: Cash refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of return approval.
- Partial refunds may be issued where only part of an order is returned.
- GST amounts will be adjusted in accordance with applicable tax regulations and reflected in the credit note or refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
11. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at +91 99666 39974 or emailing us.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Please initiate a return upon delivery instead.
- For bulk or custom orders, cancellation terms are governed by the respective Purchase Order agreement.
12. Regulatory Complaints & Adverse Events
If you suspect a Product has caused an adverse event or is non-compliant with regulatory standards, please notify us immediately. We are obligated to report certain product issues to the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) in accordance with the Medical Devices Rules 2017. Your safety and regulatory compliance are our top priority.
